I manage a territory with 92 service representatives covering 110 Hardware retail locations in Western Canada.I communicate daily with the National program director and two other Regional Managers to ensure the National mandate is being executed by our team. I also work with Head Office category Coordinators to ensure timely execution of all mandates.
