Maintenance supervisor and lead manufacturing engineer for Grupo Antolin Wayne. Manufacturer of headliners for the Expedition/Navigator, Ford Focus, Ford C-Max, and Ford F150. Manage seven electrical and mechanical technicians. Developed and implemented new assembly lines and product launches. Work closely with engineering manager, production manager, materials manager, quality manager, and plant manager.Completely revamped the F150 line. Removed poorly designed and old equipment with new ergonomically friendly equipment and twin strand transfer lines. Added pre-assembly stations, pallet transfer, revamped complete vision system, added third transfer line and glue robot. Completely revamped six vision inspections stations and made improvement to electrical test station.Expedition line- completely revamped the controls system for this line. Removed third party "Summit" system and install new main AB Contrologix PLC controller to help implement new "Blade" system. Remove old camera inspection system and installed new Dalsa system.C346-C344 Focus and C-max- completely revamped control system and added an additional wire harness system on the C-max to allow the line to hit rate. Revamped vision system program for C-Max along program for controlling robot HIC cell and controlling the remaining assembly stationson the line.Implemented complete new CMM system for maintenance department.
