I am an accomplished insurance executive currently working as the Agency President at Rice Insurance Services Center (RISC). Why did I choose insurance defense claims work? Admittedly, it was not the first thing on my mind after passing the bar. However, good fortune led me to RISC many years ago where I gained valuable hands on experience working with E&O and professional liability claims. It was here that I honed my claims management skills by developing successful tri-partite relationships with litigation counsels and insureds. I became a recognized leader and trusted business partner known for protecting insureds while upholding the core values of our carriers. As a result, both domestic carriers and the London market look to me to resolve complex litigation, with loss ratios that are unmatched in our industry.
