Also responsible for financial management, fundraising and compliance, and formulating strategies and developmental plans that meet the organizational goals and objectives.

Restorative Justice is a nonprofit that provides restorative justice programs for state, county and city to help reduce livability crime and offer offenders the opportunity to repair harm caused by their crime. Assisted re-organization of the fledgling nonprofit and rebuilt relationships for expanded contracts with system partners. Managed all staff and volunteers.

Bridging, a Twin Cites-based nonprofit organization which is the largest furniture bank in North America, creates a bridge between those in need and those with excess. Led Bridging’s transformation and turned it into a highly visible, thriving statewide nonprofit, and oversaw all aspects of the operations from finance to development to human resources. Expanded operations from one local facility to a statewide organization with two facilities.

Responsible for developing revenue streams for the then-fledgling nonprofit. Expanded the Raptor Center’s education and conservation programs to a national level and helped fund a $2.5 million Endowment as part of the University of Minnesota Capital Campaign. Implemented national partnerships with The Nature Conservancy, The National Parks Foundations and Audubon, and engaged corporate support from Target, Northwest Airlines (now Delta Airlines), Cannon, PetSmart, National Insurance and Eureka.
