I have worked with two different types of scheduling software, Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, while incorporating Microsoft Excel work as backup. Provided detail critical path method (CPM) schedules on multiple projects that ranged from $40 million to $200 million. Creating schedules that are implemented in the field requires proper reviewing of the construction plans and specifications. I have performed quantity take-offs, performed productivity analysis, identified construction activities, logic relationships, and predecessor and successor logic. My projects required me to create and maintain CPM schedules, reports, time scale diagrams, review and analyze existing schedules, update the project schedules appropriately, perform “what if” analysis, and perform time impact analysis. By creating and maintaining the construction schedule it allowed me to provide constructability reviews, inspection of the activities taking place, provide monthly project status reports, and track and maintain the budgets associated with each task.

I was promoted to assistant manager within one month of being hired. I managed the running of inventory functions within the store. In charge of the ordering and processing of weekly shipments to ensure adequate product was available. I guaranteed continuous improvement by establishing a visual audit program and installing this system with my stock room team. I was in charge of 20 employees and opening and closing functions for the store.
