Responsible for leading a team of 12 Recruiters conducting phone interviews for potential applicants located nationwide with Southwest Airlines. Initial contract was for 3 months but due to exceeding customer expectations, has flourished for almost 2 years. During that time, our team conducted over 17,000 interviews for positions including Flight Attendants and placing over 1,500 applicants to a face to face interview. Other responsibilities include coaching and mentoring associates, distributing workload and coordination of schedules. Also responsible for being the single point of contact for Southwest Airlines and reporting status on a daily basis
