Started in the alarm business in 1968 with Southern States Patrol & Security in Pensacola FL. Movedback Home (Evansville, IN) in November to work at Merchants Alarm over 20 years. Then 5 years at Vanguard setting up monitoring service and building the Security side of the business. In 1995 became a partner in Felts Alarm Company. In 2005 Felts Alarm merged with Felts Lock Co. and became Felts Lock & Alarm Co., Inc. I enjoy the challenges in our industry. I like to find the solution to do what other companies say can’t be done. Nothing makes me happier than a customer saying “I sleep better now and never worry about my home/business when I’m not there.” My video experience goes back to bank cameras that had 32mm film on a reel that triggered the spring loaded reel to record about one minute of the event. Now IP based cameras, WOW. Everything has changed. And it’s so much fun. With a background like this, I have a lot of tricks up my sleeve.
