He has managed and executed portfolios through the entire life cycle of product development from concept generation to product delivery and operations. His experience includes positions ranging from test engineer to program manager and he has led mixed organizations and teams of both scientists and engineers. Ron has led the formation or transformation of several organizations and is well acquainted with organizational culture and change management. His current focus is on creation of a new 2-year technical degree focused on Model Based Systems Engineering.
