Ron Proffitt is a Retired President at Virginia Highlands Community College. He possess expertise in higher education, public speaking, grant writing, leadership development, adult education and 45 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "Ron and I worked together on a few different projects. We worked most closely when he served on FRC's Board of Directors. I found Ron to be an outstanding communicator, extremely supportive of me as the Executive Director, engaging, and an excellent contributor to the discussions at hand during board meetings.
