When I was 25 years old I started a custom boat dealership in So. California called Supreme Marine and purchased my first Real Estate. I bought a gas station and Mini-Mart as well as owned and operated a successful custom boat dealership.In January of 1990 I closed the dealership due to circumstances beyond my control. I subsequently went to work as a Sales Consultant for a national print media company and within the 6 months of employment broke all sales records for the company. I lead that national sales company in record sales for 7 of the 8 years I was employed by them. In 1998 I was recruited by their competitor to launch a startup product for them from scratch. I accepted the offer and successfully launched that product and took major market share from our competition. Within the first year of employment with that company I broke every sales record and was the number one sales person for the company for 11 out of the 12 years I was employed by them. In 2005 Purchased Rend Lake Mobile Home Park. I sold it in 2014. In 2005 Purchased Delta Village Mobile Home Park in Greenville MS.
