• Develops and designs cost-effective Business Technology Solutions to the company thru determination of the requirements of a particular program or project, and communicating the formulated solutions to the concerned department and/or organization and its stakeholders.• Evaluates the company’s data through an Opportunity Research and Business Process Analysis to inform requirements identification and Process Development. • Coordinates with the Project Delivery thru participation in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate systems designs and validates proposed solutions.• Documents and Analyzes existing processes of various departments of the company using analysis tools such as Process Flowcharts, Value Chain Analysis, Fish Bone Diagrams, and Swim Lanes.• Gather data on existing process items, such as manuals of Policies and Procedures, Circulars and Guidelines, System/Module documents, Data Warehouse/Database Documents, Forms, and Reports. • Propose items for improvement in terms of cost efficiency, controls of effectiveness, or competitive advantages.

• Conducts Time and Motion Study to a particular Department of the company and make a comprehensive Operations Research Analysis and Report from all the Data gathered for submission to Top Management.• Provides assistance in making comprehensive Quarterly Economic Reports.• Provides Technical Assistance in Strategic Mgmt. Department’s Sponsored Events (Pre-Planning and Planning Conference, Executive Committee Meetings of higher officers, Seminars and others).

• Issues Abnormal Quality Notice (AQN) to a particular Supplier if there is any defect found on the Incoming inspection of the Printer Parts delivered by the Supplier upon actual verification.• Reviews and Evaluates the Supplier’s Abnormal Quality Action Report (SAQAR) submitted by the supplier on the defects encountered at Printer Parts.• Conducts Process and Quality Management System Audit to Suppliers of EPPI on a scheduled date to be able to check if the Suppliers implements EPPI’s standards of Process and Quality.• Provides technical support on the Incoming inspection of Printer Parts.

• Encodes and Files Shipping and Warehouse Documents such as Finished Goods Transfer Report (FGTR), Shipping Transfer Report (STR), and Shipping Load Order (SLO).• Accomplishes and submits every morning to the Operations Planning and Monitoring Control and Logistics Department the Over-all Finished Goods Movement Report and the Daily Stock Movement Report (DSMR) which is based on all the Finished Goods Movement Report, Shipping Transfer Report, and Delivery Receipts received from the company’s inside and outside jobbers on a given Transaction Day.

• Sets Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Assembly Delivery Plan for the month to be followed by the PCB Subcontractor based on the whole month production schedule of the multifunction printers and fax machines set by the company.• Ensures that the production lines of multifunction printers and fax machines will have PCB Assemblies to be used by monitoring daily the deliveries of PCB Assemblies produced by the Subcontractor to the company.• Ensures that the PCB Components/Parts provided by the company will all be issued to the Subcontractor to be able to produce the required PCB Assemblies to be delivered.• Makes Inventory analysis of all the PCB Components/Parts issued to the Subcontractor every end of the month.
