WINDSOR CASINO EXPANSION PROJECT ($400M) (CM) - Our scope of work included Change Order Management, Preparation & Submission of several thousand Change Order Requests on an extremely Fast Track Project within the operating OLG Caesar's Windsor. Our goal was to have changes substantially completed by substantial completion, which was achieved. Although our agreement was completed at Substantial Completion, we stayed on for a couple more weeks to assist the CM with some remaining Change Orders, but had to leave due to other personal & professional commitments. - Worked under CM Management by Contract, we managed a team of the CM's Pricing Staff. - We scheduled meetings with Cost Consultant, Subtrades, CM Site Staff on a regular basis and insured subtrade pricing was provided in accordance with the Contract Documents. We scheduled meetings with CM, & OLG Executives for disputed items.- We developed and managed the New Change Order Process as well as the Process of Resolving Disputed Changes in coordination with CM, OLG and other consultants. - We estimated the Architectural & Structural changes & coordinated with CM M&E staff for M&E changes & subtrade meetings. We estimated several self perform concrete and sitework items for CM PM & staff.

- Medium sized Masonry Subcontractor in Michigan, Various Estimates & Bids ~ $0.5M, as well as Senior Project Coordination of existing masonry projects within Michigan. Worked in the State of Michigan under a TN Visa with no issues.

FORD CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE IN MANUFACTURING ($17M) (GMP)– ST CLAIR COLLEGE – WINDSOR.- High Tech Industrial Manufacturing School Facility sponsored by Ford of Canada & Atlas Tube.- Worked with Chief Estimator to produce GMP Proposal.- After award I was responsible for & managed all of the Tendering & Contract Management for the Project including shop drawings, RFI's thru to closeout.- Project was complicated by the use of only HSS steel sections, which were donated by Atlas Tube, causing several Design Coordination issues.VARIOUS OTHER ESTIMATES:- Windsor Arena ~$20M, Sears Sarnia Renovation Project, University of Windsor Dramatic Arts, & Human Kinetics' Projects, Multiple Various Projects & Bids.
