Primarily managed concessions functions and staffing. Responsible for validating registers, cash, inventory control, patron experience, sales, staff, and scheduling. I work in concert with box office, ticketing, and back of house staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable patron experience providing assistance outside of concessions as needed.

I initially started as a mechanic working during the day while working at UPS at night. As a mechanic I was responsible for the accurate diagnosis and quality repair of any make or model from 1910 to present. I would ultimately specialize in classic and custom cars built prior to 1974. I performed everything from basic service to complete rebuilds of major components including engines (gas and diesel), transmissions (manual and automatic), and differentials. From 2012 to 2017 I only worked part time with the shop as I was pursuing a career in special inspection. In 2017 the owner retired and I returned to manage the business. As the general manager I not only performed duties as a master mechanic, but also managed the day to day business operations, managed all parts and vendors, filled the role of service advisor and estimator, held responsibility for advertising and driving the business.

ICC certified master of special inspection - performed a wide variety of construction inspection and material testing duties in accordance with applicable code and ASTM standards. As a special inspector I performed the monitoring of materials, installation, fabrication, erection and placement of components and connections that require special expertise that are critical to the integrity of the building structure. I ensured compliance with the approved construction documents (plans) and standards referenced in the applicable codes.

I worked as an hub operations supervisor. I trained and supervised the daily activities of package handlers to ensure that assigned duties are accomplished safely and productively. I worked in many different areas including air and feeder unload, sort and small sort, outbound air and ground, bulk and high value, local sort, preloading, and was an RMP.
