As a Design Build Professional with over 35 years of experience, I have successfully managed and delivered complex and high-value projects across various sectors, such as transportation, infrastructure, energy, and water. I was the Division Manager of Alternative Project Delivery at Security Paving, where I oversaw the design build and public-private partnership projects in the Western United States.
