I am a trial attorney and experienced corporate litigator. My practice focuses on corporate litigation, principally in the areas of business torts, contract disputes, corporate governance, finance, insurance coverage, labor issues, and real estate. I routinely litigate cases before federal and state courts throughout the United States.I have litigated a broad array of matters for clients in the apparel, aviation, chemical, construction, defense, entertainment, finance, insurance, real estate, sports and transportation industries, among others. I have also been involved in a number of large bankruptcies, representing both debtors and creditors.Major clients that I have represented include, among others, AXA XL, Yellow Corporation, Triple Five Group, Nikola Corporation, Sberbank, Basic Element, Copart, Levi Strauss & Co., Spirit AeroSystems, and UniCredit. Prior to attending law school, I served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy. Serving as a surface warfare officer aboard an amphibious assault ship, I was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal for exemplary performance during combat operations in the Persian Gulf in support of Operation Desert Storm.
