This includes new plant construction (Multiple plants in Georgia and a plant expansion in Mexico in 2014 & 2015), vertical integration projects and facility footprint optimization.

• Led Inalfa strategically in the development of a Global Supply Chain and Worldwide performance of the supply base.• Extensive travel experience providing senior leadership around the globe to include Eastern Europe, China, Korea, Western Europe, Mexico, Canada and the United States.• Extensive operational experience across a wide range of manufacturing processes throughout the world.• Leading the Supplier Quality function and organizational structure worldwide with 35 direct reports globally.• Standardized critical processes and procedures in all regions.• Improved Global Supply Chain performance and reduced D rated suppliers from 26 worldwide to 9.• Established a Non Conforming Material Disposition team (NCMD) which recovers over $400,000 annually from suppliers providing non conforming materials.• Authored and executed an international system for supplier selection• Developed a new Asian supply chain in China for Inalfa business both in China as well as an international supply chain for Inalfa companies worldwide.• Successfully managed an international team responsible for the global supply chain including suppliers in China, Thailand, Korea, Japan, Honduras, Mexico, Eastern and Western Europe, Taiwan, United States and Canada.
