Regional Director for 69 facilities in five (5) states. Responsible for establishing, directing, analyzing and monitoring all aspects of services that focus on Life Safety, physical plant, preventive maintenance programs, housekeeping and laundry services so that they meet or exceed all state and federal codes, regulations and permits. Control and maintain the capital funds available for the Southeast Region for equipment replacement, construction and facility up-grades. Scheduling weekly site visits to assist and ensure that the facilities are maintaining a safe environment for residents, visitors and staff. Conducting document reviews, training and in-service to staff to ensure code compliance.
