Project Superintendent

As a Technical Diver I am responsible for the planning, logistics and equipment requirements for each individual dive which includes the task at hand, depth and gases that we breath. Then I am responsible for myself and my team and we carry out our planning safely. If there are problems we follow carefully laid out contengency plans. As a Master Instructor I plan and organize classroom, pool and open water class sessions for new and certified divers. While making each student comfortable with the underwater environment with skills practice above and below the water. Safety is always number one.

Keep current on a changing sport an apply my experience toward the training of new Open Water divers, Specialty divers, Rescue divers, Divemasters and divers that are starting into the Technical diver certification. I plan my teaching curriculum and logistics with interesting teaching techniques to make the students experience fun and challenging.

Responsible for scheduling labor, materials and equipment for variuos projects. Take control of the job and work out logistics to make sure the job runs within timeline and budget.

I was in charge of all bidding, cost estimating, material ordering and scheduling, employees human resources, field engineering, field work, setup, makeup, place and finish, and construction punch list. I was in charge of all RFI filings and invoicing, along with making deposits and acoounts recievable, accounts payables.
