My expertise and passion lie with setting up novel technologies and in-depth data analysis. I enjoy pioneering new techniques and will troubleshoot until the entire process is streamlined from beginning to end. However, the most sophisticated technologies are useless if the data they generate cannot be visualized properly. I therefore also strive to visualize complex data sets, including multidimensional CyTOF data, TCGA data, CCLE data, PDX mutation and expression datasets, or biomarker data, in a clear and comprehensive manner. I am quick to grasp new software analysis tools and prefer a self-taught approach. Finding solutions and adapting them to the scientific question at hand gives me most satisfaction, whether it is to help select the appropriate cell line panel for a specific experiment, guide which tumor indication should be further investigated for a given drug, visualizing complex data, or validating patient eligibility for clinical trial enrolment.
