In the last year I was under contract to OYC. In that time I brought two Villas out of the ground, and to finishing stage. I was responsible for the day to day scheduling of work and maintaining the schedule as set forth by the project manager. My duties included underground services to the villas, Day to day operations of the crews in my charge, foreseeing material as needed. and ordering same. I ordered tools, maintaining a tool inventory check in check out system to control losses. 2010-2013

My primary duties included reviewing and accepting bids, reviewing and enforcing contracts, material estimation and procurement. I attended to the general daily site operations and security. I kept detailed day to day records and pictures, complete tracked of cost and budgeted as well as documentation of as-built with photos and plans. Maintained a professional relationship with clients and all personal needed to run the project. 2003-2005

It was my responsibility to manage projects ranging from $30,000 to $250,000 with an average project savings 1-2% under estimate. I assure that all projects were finished on time or ahead of the schedule. It was my responsibility to assesses and negotiate bid packages, including unit rates and bid qualifications. Organized and directed daily, weekly safety and production meetings. Responsible for addressing project change orders and modifications and seeing these were billed to the client and did not delay the project. As a travelling superintendent I negotiate contracts, labor rates, terms and conditions. Planned, develop and supervised daily activities as well as the scheduling of all subs. I demonstrated the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. I prepared weekly status projects status reports with the use of power point to include progress pictures. I was responsible for all company tools and assuring they were on the job for all company employees to use. I was in constant communications with the client

As the head of maintenance it was my responsible to assure the daily inspections of all rides. I was responsible for obtaining bids and accepting bids writing contract, supervised all projects, attractions and exhibits were built and ready to open at the start of the season. Performed technical and preventative maintenance logs preformed employee evaluation. It was my duty to keep detailed organized daily, weekly time, weekly project status, maintenance repair and safety reports. I designed and built the attraction the Haunted Halloween Hayride.

As owner of this small construction company I purchased the land and built single family ground up homes to the specifications of HUD and FHA. It was up to me to obtain financing, materials, permits, bids and subs contractor to build the homes in a timely manner and with a quality I would be proud of. I was in total charge of all operations, record keeping and payroll. I worked very well with potential buyers and clients
