As owner of my own firm I am responsible for internal operations, logistics, legal, maintaining and balancing budget, human resources, marketing, sales, finance and P&L. Responsibilities include: • Recruit, hire, train facilitators, consultants, and sales representatives.• Consult with organizations in developing and implementing companies’ strategic planning initiatives. Coaching clients in the design of mission, vision, and purpose statements, set organization, departmental, and individual performance goals and develop metrics for measuring achievements. • Develop personnel for client companies through various initiatives which provides laser like focus to strategic plan for employees throughout the organization affecting overall prosperity.• Design and author professional training manuals, programs, power points, audio, and visual aids. • Consult one on one with Company Owners, “C” level management, Presidents, VPs, department heads, human resource and organizational development professionals to identify needs and deliver employee development strategies to achieve their organizational objectives.• Facilitate productivity improvement, leadership development, company cultural enhancement, goal achievement, communications, team building, sales, and management/supervisory programs which are all designed to increase productivity and the bottom line for our clients.
