Current•Manage electronic document database system to store client documents and documents received in discovery. Code and summarize documents in-house.•Select documents for production in response to discovery requests.•Maintain historical set of produced documents in both hard copy and multiple electronic formats.•Conduct basic legal research, and cite-checking using Westlaw, and Lexis-Nexis.•Manage copy service and all other legal-administrative vendors.•Summarize depositions and claim materials.•Provide assistance to attorneys with all aspects of case management including the discovery process, trial preparation, tracking and communication of case related dates and information as well as preparation of documents, reports and correspondence.•Assist in the preparation of discovery pleadings and materials throughout litigation. •Prepare and create policy charts and time-on-risk analysis. •Review and analyze invoice and insurance claim materials and prepare relevant spreadsheets and charts.
