I was responsible for developing and maintaining the Customer Support Pricing Tool (CSPT) and later played one of the lead roles in developing and architecting of its replacement tool Annuity Order Management (AOM) using ASP.Net MVC3 and MongoDB as our database. I was also responsible in developing Customer Contact Database (CCDB).
