I have worked in a Sales position for the past several years. Motivating and influencing team to achieve goals. Creating and implementing new strategies to ensure continuous growth and expansion of the company. Being able to make decisions to benefit both the company and the customer. Identifying areas in which to improve and develop opportunities for growth.Now I am retired so go out and hire the younger folks and give them a great opportunity to grow, work and develop their job skills! Some older folks do not know when to relax, enjoy life and see the world, stop working so others can have a good job/career to!
