Senior curator at this nation’s premier media museum, responsible for the acquisition and exhibition of programming. Organize Museum exhibitions, which interpret the history of broadcasting for a professional and general audience, including such explanatory material as catalogues and highlight tapes. Among the many exhibitions created and produced were The Television of Dennis Potter (which was called a "landmark event in television history" by critic Marvin Kitman of Newsday); Witness to History (an exhibition that has traveled throughout the United States and South America); Jack Benny: The Radio and Television Work (featured the first nationally released book for a television exhibition); HDTV: Three Visions (the first public interpretation of high-definition television); The Lost Honeymooners (which coined the term lost in terms of rediscovered television programs); and the Television Documentary Festival, a leading showcase for nonfiction films. Also help to manage the selection, financial/legal negotiation, and preservation of the Museum's collection, working with professionals at the networks and major production companies. Host Museum seminars with leading performers and producers.

Specially developed and taught course on the history of media for undergraduates majoring in communications. The course uniquely combined close textual analysis and theory for advanced students.
