Appointed project manager as part of multi-million pound programme to deliver the integration of of the LloydsTSB and HBoS ATM systems, process and procedures. Initialised, set-up and delivered the following project deliverables to extremely stretching budget and time constraints: Set-up the project team including employing internal and contract staff; Designed and costed the business operating model including designing the target and transitional processes in conjunction with the Operations, IT, Product Departments, Risk and Compliance Departments, 3rd Party Service Suppliers; Supported the preparation and sign-off of the full business case for the Integration Programme; Delivered an interim and final Implementation Plan; Supported the negotiation and delivery of 3 x 3rd Party Supplier Contracts; Delivered the Proof of Concept and Pilot Stages on time (Oct 2010)

Delivered the integration of the Lloyds and TSB ATM systems, processes and procedures over a four year period. This included the replacing of 2000 ATMs across both ATM Networks; Worked with various IT and internal departments to deliver upgraded software platform and replacement Business Operating Model; designing and implementing a Bank-wide training and familiarisation programme; supporting the negotiating and delivery of new and replacement 3rd party supplier contracts; setting up and managing the Project Team; Managing Stakeholders including getting buy-in to considerable business operational process change.Delivered numerous ATM and ATM Application development projectsManaged the ATM Installation Team which delivered a rolling ATM Replacement Programme and new installations in branch and non-branch locations. I also worked with and negotiated a group of 3rd Party Service and Installation Partners

Joined lloyds Bank in 1972. Worked in Branches until transfer to Head Office Department and commencement of Project Management career in 1980. Subsequently working on numerous bank-wide projects between 1980 and 1999.
