Appointed project manager as part of multi-million pound programme to deliver the integration of of the LloydsTSB and HBoS ATM systems, process and procedures. Initialised, set-up and delivered the following project deliverables to extremely stretching budget and time constraints: Set-up the project team including employing internal and contract staff.
