Created Program Management group and served as Director from 2002 through 2008. Developed departmental policies, EVMS, procedures, and new product introduction processes.

Served as Integrated Product Development Team Leader for various aircraft projects, including E-8 Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System (JSTARS) ECS.Provided analysis, design, manufacturing, and flight-testing of air cycle, vapor cycle, bleed air and cabin / equipment distribution systems using performance simulations and analysis using self-developed tools. 4000+ CADAM and CATIA design hours. Identified and implemented several product improvements that resulted in multi-million dollar cost savings for the customer and the corporation. Projects included air cycle system reliability enhancement, design and analysis of air distribution systems, and design of enhanced liquid cooling systems.Responsible for inserting new technologies into airborne applications, including ozone-depleting refrigerant replacement, Polyalphaolefin implementation, and ECS noise control components. Efforts consistently led to long-term production contracts. Selected to represent Grumman Corporation as part of an on-site industrial partnership with Los Alamos National Laboratory in Los Alamos, NM for space-based defense systems.
