The Office of the Legal Counsel - Directorate of Defense Research & Development (IMOD DDR&D):  Drafting legal opinions and providing ongoing legal counsel to DDR&D. Weekly participation in DDR&D Tenders Committee. Ongoing legal support for research and development projects. Drafting licensing agreements for the use, transfer, and protection of knowledge. Ongoing interfaces with senior members of the Ministry of Defense, security industries, hi-tech companies, and academic institutions. Member of Inter-ministerial Committee (Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Finance) to regulate the possession, preservation, and expenditure of accumulated intellectual property within the defense system.
