As a result of my leadership and organizational skills I was able to develop and implement a streamlined reporting process that eliminated the excess use time and materials. Worked in consultation with the President oversee the academic quality and integrity of degrees. Monitored and continually update the curriculum. Recommend policy changes and new academic initiatives. Recruited and retain qualified and diverse fulltime and adjunct faculty and staff. Provide expert academic advisement to assure student satisfaction and success. I served as the Pastor of Christian Education and Discipleship at New Calvary for approximately 4 years. During that period, I established The Center for Christian Growth and New Members, class-leading the church from 1200 to 1700 members in growth. I also handled Vacation Bible School and Sunday school. Soon afterward I would be appointed to Executive Pastor. I served in the capacity until left to serve with Dr. Robert W. Crummie at the Mount Calvary Baptist Church.

I served as the Mission Director of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship providing leadership to 4 direct reports and 100+ volunteers. Under my leadership, I handled 3 annual Missions (Nigeria, Brazil, and the Philippines) Trips and a Missions Conference. I was also responsible for building interest and enrolling more volunteers and missionaries and caring for our thirty missionaries already placed on the field.
