I have worked in and around the auto industry for the last 19 years. I have been involved in the resurrection of growth with every company I have worked for. All these companies started with negative profit centers, but with the implementation of my processes, procedures, and strong leadership skills, they all developed into profitable operations, moreover, rising to one of the highest CSI (customer service index) scores in the district and region. I have over 25 years of leadership and safe management experience. Company culture and a safe working environment are extremely important; I exercise active listening and use clear communication with all my staff members to provide support and healthy self-esteem, which, in turn motivates them—the end result being higher profits. I have found that simple, old-fashioned “following-up” with each and every customer is the key to my success.
