With over 37 years of experience at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in a broad range of programs ranging the management and upgrades to the nuclear stockpile with a focus on safety and security, development of the Atomic Vapor Laser Isotope Separation (AVLIS) Uranium Enrichment capability and as program manager of the Mixed Waste Management Project -- an environmental research program for the remediation of mixed hazardous and radioactive mixed waste. Expertise in technical management and communication, safety and security of nuclear weapons.
