As the Executive Director of FRC for the last 3 years I have used my previous experience as clinical supervisor and group facilitator to ensure that we streamline certain programs to meet the particular needs of our clients and strive to attain exceptional outcomes.As a special educator with 37 years in the field I have always strived to service my clientele with professionalism, integrity, and an empathetic approach.As the first non-profit organization to offer the SNAP program in both official languages we have positioned FRC to be a center of excellence for the delivery of the program throughout Quebec.
