• Led 38 personnel & managed $762M per year in depot overhauls executing the programmed depot maintenance plan for the USAF's 396 KC-135 tanker fleet to provide quick response to 33 customer field units across 5 Major Commands.• Reached record depot throughput levels for KC-135s. Increased capability from 69 to 76 aircraft yearly even faced with aging aircraft requiring 40k hour overhauls per aircraft.

• Created AF messaging for AF Executive C-Suite leaders on $40B in technology acquisitions for interaction w/ Congress; synchronized messaging for budget coordination on all AF major modernization programs providing an integrated investment message during sequestration (Budget Control Act). • Oversaw $12.3B AF efficiency & transparency reporting as primary AF lead with OSD to Congress.
