In this capacity, has lead committees of stakeholders to develop a creative, collaborative, master schedule, coordinated and overseen the development of course content, student registration,and scheduling of nearly thirteen hundred students, facilitated curricular development as the head of site-based leadership team responsible for that creating and implementing training for annual professional development, created modeled and facilitated site protocols for data-informed decision making, overseen school finances, balanced accounts, secured supplemental funds, enlisted key community support to maintain and grow needed site programs, built partnerships between the City of Diamond Bar, the County Office of the Sheriff and Walnut Valley Unified School District (WVUSD), as served as the middle school liaison to coordination panel, built and refreshed the first middle school level one-to-one learning environment in the area, facilitated the development of state-mandated LCAP, (Local Control Accountability Plan), for WVUSD, worked as WVUSD administrative representative as member of California School Employees Association (CSEA) negotiations team, lead successful data collection, self-study, goal development and implementation of programs recognized locally and nationally (California Gold Ribbon, Exemplary Arts School Certification, and National Forum Schools to Watch).
