I am a seasoned real estate expert with over twenty years of experience in appraisal management, litigation support, debt origination, property due diligence, debt / equity underwriting, capital markets, structuring, and project development / management.I have worked at Landauer Realty Group, PwC, Blackheath Financial and UniCredit Bank. During my tenure at Blackheath I consulted at numerous Investment Banks including ABN Amro in London where I executed over €1 Bil in CRE loans in addition to helping establish and manage the Blackheath London office. When an opportunity to develop a commercial real estate lending team arose at UniCredit, I left Blackheath and joined as the third member of an expanding team where I underwrote and closed over €2 Bil in deals over a three-year period. Feeling the pull from the states, I moved back in early 2011 where I spent five months hiking the Appalachian Trail (2,176 miles from Georgia to Maine) before establishing the Real Estate Due Diligence practice group at Cushman & Wakefield. I recently joined Altitude Realty Group to set up and manage the West Coast operations.
