I have over twenty years of restaurant operations and management experience in some of the top houses from San Francisco to Boston. During this time, I have been fortunate to work with many talented and driven individuals, while nurturing a vision for my own establishment. In October of 2013, my wife, Rudy Vale, and I opened The Corner Stop (www.cornerstopeatery.com) a few doors down from our home. The restaurant is a neighborhood eatery serving modern American food in a modern, but warm environment, incorporating natural elements from our seacoast surroundings. It seats 130 people in two rooms- a cozy dining room, and a vibrant bar with cathedral ceilings and a floor to ceiling stone fireplace. The menu is geared towards our clientele, with healthy, flavorful, sophisticated, and playful takes on American favorites. We also serve an innovative children's menu to appeal to the young families in our community. The restaurant is ideal for private parties and special events, big and small. We're located in West Corner, an area where three towns meet, and have been fortunate to be embraced by the community.
