Duties and responsibilities in product quality, warranty, dealer service and customer training. We covered the entire US Market. In doing so, I had 6 service reps and a dealer base of approximately 45 dealers.I was responsible for developing and implementing a very effective service and parts warranty tracking system. By applying this system, we improved overall product quality and grew the company from 30 to 80 plus million dollars per annum.I assisted in the development of a new concept in off-loading garbage barges by means of a hydraulic excavator, helping develop the clamshell and setting up the service and parts system to support the unit. The results represented over 30 million dollars in new business and parts sales. Coordinated the development between the German suppliers, and our engineering group.

Customers included US Steel, American Electric Power, Island Creek Coal Company, Bethlehem Steel, Eastern Associate Coal Company, Kerr McGee.
