In this position, I:- Elevated state funding from $1.6 million to $2.4 million for a campus housing over 700 students, enhancing existing programs, and procuring grant funding for new equipment valued over a million dollars.- Taught at the middle school level and served as a principal overseeing the entire campus, enabling assessment of curriculums for both 3rd-4th grade and Pre-K through 3rd-grade campuses, as well as at the high school level, holding certifications spanning from Pre-K to 12th grade.- Secured participation for 16 students to walk across the stage at Lamar Institute of Technology before their graduation, enabling these students to partake in the 2-year graduate ceremony due to their completion of a Level 1 Certification representing 17 credits in stipulated trades.

Within this role, I:- Established a state-mandated goal for an 8-10% increase in college, career, or military readiness over five years, achieving 70% of students graduating with industry-based certifications last year while also implementing improvements in preparation for SAT, ACT and TSIA (Texas Success Initiative Assessment) to prepare nearly 90% of students for post-graduation readiness.- Successfully integrated successful completion of 130 certificates into the school’s programming, effectively bolstering career readiness.

In this position, I:- Implemented the "Getting Better Faster" program by Paul Bambrick-Santoyo, overseeing hiring, instructional aids, and campus budget. - Collaborated on program design and scheduling, worked with the administrative team to establish protocols, and developed high-level questions aligned with state expectations.- Aligned teachers around a collective goal, fostering campus improvement while communicating effectively to create a team-driven environment and emphasizing accountability, uniting everyone with a common vision.

Within this role, I:- Modified schedules to enhance math instruction time for both self and schoolteachers, directing math instruction sessions and adjusting the school day accordingly while conducting weekly meetings with grade-level teachers to strategize and set direction, ensuring team buy-in and alignment towards a common goal.- Developed a rubric using available data to assess teacher growth. - With rubric, created a graph illustrating average growth compared to state benchmarks, ensuring relevance to the data to incentivize teachers on both ends of the spectrum, balancing growth and encouraging maximum improvement to attain full grant funding.

Within this position, I:- Instructed low and middle students, specializing in pre-algebra. - Developed the curriculum for grade 7 and grade 8 pre-algebra courses, combining content for efficient teaching, and coached junior high football and high school girls’ soccer teams.

I directed a staff of two full-time ministers, overseeing weekly services, administrative tasks for Sunday school, and regular church ministry. In addition, I developed the budget and supervised youth ministry ministers while seamlessly integrating Biblical truth and Christian values.
