Currently, I am the Senior Director of Human Resources at GOAL Academy, an innovative online school that serves over 4,000 students in Colorado.As a C-Suite HR professional, I have a broad and deep knowledge of multiple functional areas and a hands-on management style that fosters open communication and collaboration. I am skilled in staffing and recruiting, performance management, organizational development, compensation and benefits design, regulatory compliance, client and employee relations, leadership development and coaching, metric development and analysis, and talent development and recruiting. I am also pursuing a Masters of Human Relations with a focus on inclusive leadership, which reflects my commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
