I am a tax executive with 29 years of experience. I spent 22 years in public accounting at both Andersen and Deloitte Tax. As a Managing Director at Deloitte, I led teams to provide tax advice, and present tax strategies, in areas such as consolidated tax returns, flow through entities, business structuring/restructuring, accounting methods and periods and ASC740. At Stage Capital, I led the tax function, providing tax compliance and consulting services to our operating companies and to ownership. I have returned to public accounting at Schneider Downs, where I provide tax services to a diverse client base, while ensuring my clients' needs are met through the many offerings of the firm. I am also the Chairman of the Advisory Council of Mentor Ohio.
