Hello, maybe you stumbled here or maybe you deliberately looked me up. Either way, thanks for taking the time to visit my profile. I have driven the creation and implementation of the multi Award winning Barangaroo Skills Exchange as well the Darling Harbour and Parramatta Skills Exchanges. As Project Director, Civil Construction and Infrastructure for TAFE NSW, I also led the skilling response for major projects including Sydney Metro, NorthConnex, WestConnex and many more. I have assisted Sydney Water build capability to improve emergency response and environmental performance. I currently manage Safety and Technical training for Sydney Water.I'm told I'm a strategic thinker and an engaging leader of people. That probably comes from my extensive experience in operations management, strategy development, business development, workforce capability development, project development, project management and business analysis. I have also spent time working in the industrial relations area including award negotiations and have conducted numerous internal investigations. I have managed a number of National curriculum development projects and in the International sphere I set up Diploma level programs at four Unis in China at Xi'an, Ningbo, Shanghai and Yiyang. As a former 2iC at Australia's largest RTO and Director of the largest online training institution (OTEN) in the Southern Hemisphere, I showed strong leadership and commitment to drive the repositioning of the Institute to achieve competitive advantage in the rapidly changing training market.As a contractor/consultant I have been working to assist organisations such as Snowy Hydro, Sydney Water, TAFE NSW, Sydney Metro, Racing NSW, Landcom, International Horse Industry Development Group, Australian Racing and Equine Academy, Lendlease (Barangaroo , Darling Harbour ) and Learn2.
