I am responsible for the following duties:1)Prepares, completes, and monitors all required documents of ROPA accounts inaccordance with the given terms and conditions to ensure completeness, accuracyand proper compliance with all required documents.2)Updates and monitors listings of ROPA accounts based on their classifications.3)Prepares monthly summary of acquisition and disposition of ROPA and reconcilessame with the loan bookkeeper.4)Coordinates with the Assistant Corporate Secretary on the preparation ofSecretary's Certificate relative to the sale of ROPA.5)Prepares computation of bank's claim on all ROPA accounts.6)Reviews and recommends to the manager all ROPA accounts for consolidation.7)Monitors the filing and registration of documents related to ROPA accounts.8)Coordinates with the Manager on the payments which may be applied as installmentand those that should be returned.9)Prepares and processes commissions to be claimed by agents.10)Maintains and monitors an individual ledger for the commission to be claimed byagent.11)Monitors the schedule of appraisal, payment of taxes and fees, fire insurance of allAcquired Asset of the bank and files the corresponding documents accordingly.12)Attends to the inquiries regarding ROPA whenever the Manager.13)Conforms to Bank policies, rules and regulations.14)Ensures upkeep of work area and equipment assigned.15)Establishes good public relations.

I am responsible for the following duties:1)Sourcing of possible suppliers for the items to be purchase2)Costing of items to be purchase3)Monitors and updates the purchasing documents4)Attends to the inquiries of end-user.5)Prepares the Purchase Order for the supplier6)Follow up with suppliers for the items being ordered7)Receives the delivered item.8)Prepares the receiving report9)Prepares the check request for supplier.
