I have had a varied spectrum of experience. I have worked in industrial fasteners and had experience in quality control, purchasing, stock control and data input. I worked for Proton Chemicals and started in the sales department before progressing into customer service dealing primarily with customer callouts to machine maintenence requiring engineers. This was mainly for public houses, breweries, restaurants and some Nursing homes/ Retirement Homes. I had to efficiently record the job onto the computer system, establish the problem, priorty of job and then transfer details to the engineer. I also advised on product use and maintenance of machines as well as ordering parts and liasing with breweries for large repair costs and new machine installations. I have learned a lot of skills whilst employed in these jobs but unfortunately I don't have any thing on paper to say how well I can do these different jobs. I just got on and learned as I worked and used my common sense. I thrive on solving problems for other people, it makes me feel that I have helped a bad situation turn into a good one which gives me a lot of satisfaction that I may have made all the differenceI have also lived and worked overseas. I lived in Greece for a while. I worked as an Airport Transfer Rep for two travel companies for a while. I then progressed to admin assistant in the travel office preparing welcome packs for the tourists, processing airline passenger lists and allocating accommodation, allocating transfers for passengers arriving and departing and general admin duties. I was also employed by the same company as a travel rep for 4 months at the end of the season and for this I received no training at all. I have also worked as a waitress in a snack bar, a karaoke presenter and a vocalist as part of a duo.
