I was commissioned by The Kiltwalk to plan, implement and establish the Kilties volunteering programme. I had eight months to source, engage, recruit, train, uniform, reward and recognise up to 2000 Kiltie volunteers for six different Kiltwak events across Scotland in 2015 and beyond. The Kiltie programme now in its second year and has been a big success.

Secc Precinct

Responsible for the management, planning and delivery of all workforce operations functions for paid, volunteer and contractor staff at Glasgow 2014's largest competition venue. The SECC Precinct hosted Rhythmic and Artistic Gymnastics, Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Judo, Wrestling, Netball and Boxing competitions and is made up of the SECC Halls, Clyde.
