Over 26 years military experience including eight years Logistics Management (Warehouse, distribution, vehicles and equipment) , Four years Executive Administrative Officer (worked with congressional delegates, foreign nationals, state leaders, project management, organizing large formal functions, oversaw Equal Employment Opportunity, Diversity Human Resource Office, Protocol Office, and Public Affairs as well as Emergency Management experience. I am currently in Aircraft Maintenance Management (operations, data and analysis, scheduling, personnel management, fiscal budget responsibilities, building teams, seeking innovation and efficiencies.) My education background includes BS in Social Psychology a M.Ed. Administrative Leadership additionally have numerous leadership and management certificates and courses. I have completed course and familiarization in Lean Six-Sigma, Theory of Constraints, Kaizen, and other lean programs. I have worked in overseas environments and with multinational and joint services. I excel in oral communication, I have several years experience in public speaking to large and intimate audiences. I have a knack for helping others to learn and teaching in large groups. My hobbies and passions lie in health and wellness (I am a certified Personal Trainer through NASM) I enjoy trying new foods looking for ways to improve my health as well as helping others. I also love to organize spaces and look for more efficiencies and effective use of spaces and things.
