I was educated in finance theory a few years ago at the Simon School, progressed within Xerox financial management for eight years then decided to take my talents to start my own business.My entrepreneurial experience helps me to better identify operational trade-offs and recommendations when proposing financial actions. I have created budgets, developed financial reports, measured the variances, proposed and implemented corrective actions as a business owner and a financial planning & analysis manager for almost 30 years. I enjoyed managing all aspects of my business including strategic planning, operations and employee development. I solved challenging problems and implemented changes by communicating transparently and making pragmatic decisions. I received annual promotions at Xerox because of my recognized ability to communicate and work well with superiors, peers and subordinates. I have a strong understanding of GAAP both for internal and external reporting.
