I am committed to helping build a more just, inclusive and democratic India. Previously, I was the CEO of Jan Suraaj Foundation. Our mission was to develop and empower progressive youth leaders across India. Together, we identified and helped empower a network of 25,000+ youth leaders across Bihar. Before JSF, I co-founded IDinsight and helped build the organisation's India presence. IDinsight supports government and NGO leaders make better decisions using data and research. We have over 250 employees across Asia and Africa.Before IDinsight, I worked with Pratham, India’s largest education nonprofit, on the Annual Status of Education Report (2006 and 2007) and as a co-lead for a statewide learning program with the Government of Punjab.I have a BA (Honours) in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University, and an MPA in International Development (MPA/ID) from Harvard Kennedy School (HKS).
