Responsibilities Handling:-• Customer Services :-• Verifying leads generated by various sources • Taking follow-ups after forwarding to professional till getting completed• Generating design lead for in-house team ( 2D/3D design )• Visit customer's place when require visit to get aware about our services • Escalation handling , received from customers • Handling queries received from professionals during in-bound call in absence of professional handling team

Responsibilities Handled:-• Supporting all team members in absence of my T.L. • Call Audit (Detractor calls + Random Calls) and cascade feedback to particular advisor which require AOI• Supporting associates who belong to grad bay , whenever get opportunity• Always taking care of customer experience with achieving target of TNPS ( >= 75% )• Working in any shift as per company requirement• Handled Escalation calls while was REX in absence of T.L.

Responsibilities Handled:-• Handing all corporate customers’ escalation received from Appellate Desk, President Desk, MD Desk.• Supporting all non-technical activities received from corporate customer.• Handling all tech wireless data products complaints with >90% SLA.• Supporting to handle technical and Non-technical complaints of wire line products (Broadband, standard wire line and Centrex wire line) as well as Solutions (ILL, MPLS, NPLC and PRI).• Maintaining technical complaints of wireless data products and ensure to achieve targets. • Handling queries of walk-in customers related to wire line products.• Preparation of monthly MIS reports of Gujarat Circle and MP circle.• To be ensuring to avoid tech escalation from corporate customer related to wireless data products.• Site Visit at customer level and assure that works has to be completed at Satisfaction level

Responsibilities Handled:-• Handling inbound customer query related to data products of TATA TELESERVICES LTD.• Taking Escalation calls of customer and providing satisfactory resolution.• In Backend handling Technical and Non-Technical SRs of customer and ensure to work with in SLAs.• Co-ordinate with circles (GJ, MP, PB, HR, MH, KA, KL, UPE, UPW) and teams from respective circles.• Handling of Customer’s escalation at data center level received from Appellate desk.• Handling prepaid data product(PHOTON , 3G and 3G+WIFI) : PAN INDIA 3G and PHOTON From (GJ, MP,ROM,MH) • Data analysis of pending complaints received from customer four times in a day.• Achieving Target of SLA i.e. 95%
