• Analysing financials of the clients along with the Related Party Schedule to understand international transactions with their associated enterprise & performing functions, Assets and Risk analysis (FAR) of their business to produce extensive financial and economic analysis/models to support restructuring/pricing decisions;• Conducting industrial research;• Preparing Transfer Pricing Study and Accountant’s reports 3CEB of the domestic as well as the foreign entities of the clients;• Performing benchmarking i.e. qualitative analysis of the companies to arrive at the comparables, determining & computing operating margins to arrive at profit level indicator for final comparables;• Preparing submissions for TP Assessments, replies for show cause notices & Meeting Transfer Pricing Officers (TPO);• Documenting applications to be filed before Dispute Resolution Panel (DRP);• Preparing submissions to be made before Commissioner of Income-Tax (CIT) or Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT); and• Managing client relationships and delivering the full range of Transfer Pricing services.
