- Led an approximately 60-person team in assessing a spectrum of existing government applications and then migrating those applications that met the appropriate standards to the commercial Cloud- Developed policies, processes, and business rules to provide effective cloud vendor brokerage services for the Department of Defense (DoD)- Helped government sponsors save on overall lifecycle costs (procurement lead times, utility billing, etc.)

- Provided a full range of program management, financial, and technical expertise for the multibillion dollar ACAT IA program, Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services (CANES) as well as Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Networks, Integrated Shipboard Network Systems (ISNS), Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange System-Maritime (CENTRIXS-M), Submarine Local Area Network (SubLAN)- Analyzed complex technical problems and financial data related to shipboard networks - Served on United States Navy’s Cloud Computing Task Force Tiger Team- Advised the United States Coast Guard (USCG) in creating an acquisition strategy and defining shipboard network requirements for a Small Form Factor (SFF) version of CANES

- Responsible for the cost, schedule, and performance of the 20+ cross functional, geographically dispersed Systems Engineering (SE) member team for a multibillion dollar shipboard network Program of Record (POR)- Managed tasking, deliverables, and requirements which included all major Systems Engineering (SE) acquisition deliverables including the CANES Capability Development Document (CDD), Architecture Specification, Functional Specification, Systems Engineering Plan (SEP), etc in support of various Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR) events as well as Evaluations on Engineering CDRLs of vendors competing on the CANES Limited Deployment Contract over a 22+ month period- Created specific entry criteria “exams” for all prospective candidates joining the SE team to ensure alignment of skillsets to engineering positions which ultimately saved on cost and schedule

- Revived the RAFT seedlng by having a successful test event by assuming responsibilities as lead with 3 months left on the period of performance - Managed cost, schedule, and performance for a DARPA crowd sourcing effort for UAVs, UAVFORGE, and setting up an entire development team/environment, processes

- Responsible for increasing Technology Readiness Levels (TRLs) of the seedlings as well as marketing capability and gathering interest across all DoD/DHS DoD Services and agencies- Integral in achieving 2 successful test events - Championed and authored a proposal for a Joint Capability Technology Demonstration (JCTD)
